Now that our station has almost 10 years of historical data, we have added new cells to our websites home page displaying the Average High and Average Low Temperature for the current day based on measurements we have collected since October of 2009.
This feature would not be possible without scripts written by Murry Conarroe of Wildwood Weather in Decatur, Texas.
On Thursday, June 14, 2018, Nathan and Jessica of PlanoWeather.com attended a Wonder Café event at the Parr Library in Plano where Pete Delkus, Colleen Coyle, and Jesse Hawila from WFAA Channel 8 gave a presentation and discussion about meteorology.
Wonder Café is a monthly program that brings professionals from our community to the library to share expertise and offer a look into various careers.
