WXSIM forecasts are now LIVE!

UPDATE – Due to time requirements, we have stopped publishing these forecasts.

PlanoWeather.com forecasts created with WXSIM (Interactive Local Atmospheric Modeling System) are now LIVE! Forecasts are generated 4 times a day at 7am, 11am, 3pm, 9pm and are uploaded at 15 minutes past the hour following their creation. They can be viewed alongside NWS forecasts on the home page or in detail here: http://www.planoweather.com/wxsimforecast.php A comparison page will soon be added for determining accuracy between WXSIM forecasts, NWS forecasts, and actual observed temperatures.

PlanoWeather.com WXSIM Generated Forecasts

PlanoWeather.com will soon be providing forecasts created with WXSIM – Interactive Local Atmospheric Modeling System. WXSIM is a very unique software package – over 25 years in the making – for modeling, forecasting, or simply studying weather. Multiple forecasts will be generated daily and displayed on PlanoWeather.com alongside NWS forecasts. A comparison page will also be added for determining accuracy between WXSIM forecasts, NWS forecasts, and actual observed temperatures.
